Vision, Mission and Core Values

Who We Are?

This small, but growing fellowship represents 5 nations of singles and families, young and old!  Pastors Gideon and Sarah Stanley after 10 years of youth evangelism, launched this congregation in January 2011. A Family called to Pray. When Gideon and Sarah married in 1996, they felt a calling to be “bridge builders.” That bridge building primarily takes place through prayer – drawing nations, generations, the saved and the lost together into God’s purpose. After several years of ministering as a couple in voluntary roles, Gideon and Sarah were ordained under the ministry of Pastor Doug Stringer and Turning Point Ministries, Intl.

What Do We Believe In?

The Scriptures

as found in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.  We believe they are the authoritative, inspired Word of God.  They only are the infallible rule of faith and practice.  The Holy Spirit preserves God’s Word in the church today, and by it speaks God’s truth to peoples of every age.

One God

Eternally existent in three persons:  God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

God, the Father, Maker of heaven and earth

In Him is perfect love, forgiveness, justice and eternal life.

God the Son, Jesus Christ God’s only Son our Lord

Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died a vicarious and atoning death, providing healing of the human body, and buried; the third day He rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there He shall come to judge the living and the dead.

God, the Holy Spirit

God works in the present and continuing ministry of His Holy Spirit, forgiving, regenerating, cleansing, and empowering the Christian believer for a life of holiness and useful service to God and humanity.

The holy Christian church

The church is the people of God, comprised of all those who believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.  The church is the body of Christ, visible in the world wherever Christian believers, in obedience of faith, hear the Word, observe the ordinances and live as disciples of Christ.

The forgiveness of sins

God graciously justifies and regenerates by the Holy Spirit all who trust in Christ through repentance from sin and confession of faith.

The resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting

There is resurrection of both the saved and the lost: those who are saved to the resurrection of eternal life and those who are lost to the resurrection of everlasting damnation.
